Nicholas W. Paslawsky
Nick Paslawsky began his career with Merck & Co. (pharmaceuticals), where he was manager of the Financial Evaluations and Acquisitions department. In 1987, he left Merck to join a real estate development group, where he was responsible for leasing two shopping centers (Brook 35 Plaza and Wall Circle Plaza) and an office condominium complex.
During his tenure, he maintained 100% occupancy in both shopping centers, and leased or sold 75% of the office complex. In 1989, he became a partner in The Brook Properties. In 1990, Paslawsky joined a partnership, which developed six commercial buildings and three residential subdivisions (totaling 122 units) in New Jersey and Delaware. In 1992, He formed the current firm Quinn & Paslawsky Commercial Realty
Nick holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Economics from Rutgers University.
Matthew J. Perrone
After graduating from Cornell University in 1997 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing, Matthew worked as a sales representative for the pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline. For years, he was consistently ranked in the top ten percent of the sales force. In 2002, he sought to work in the commercial real estate industry. After reviewing many opportunities, Matthew chose Quinn & Paslawsky. He believed that the firm put the customer first, and that they had unparalleled integrity and the experience necessary to bring success.
